Privacy Statement

ECCKCSS uses personal data for the purposes of managing the society, its events and finances and its fundraising activities. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the societies insurers. If you would like to find out more about how we use your personal data or want to see a copy of information about you that we hold, please contact the Secretary.

Both our financial and membership systems are provided by recognised online software, password protected and only accessed by the committee. In general we record name, address and contact details of members.

We do not share these details with any third party other than if requested the Kennel Club and Fosse Data. We do publish judges lists but only include information provided by members who wish it distributed to other Dog Clubs.
